Kenya – Here we come!
An African safari often carries the reputation of being the 'trip of a lifetime'. For us, Kenya was no different. The 'memsahib' at home declined to come along, labelling this as a 'boys' trip out'. That gesture made our holiday even more special. First time to Africa, first 'boys' trip, first guided trip, first time that we (generally Do-It-Yourself travellers) had parted with our hard earned money even before the trip started!

The TravelHTT team advised us well about the itinerary, and welcomed us on arrival at Nairobi. James Kimunge, our driver-guide, quickly turned into our teacher, continuously sharing his wisdom with us very generously. A hawk would probably envy James' eyesight.

James surprised us with his spotting abilities, for example, being able to identify Cheetas from a little patch of colour in the grass, or Lions from the lash of a tail far away. We learnt an incredible amount about animals, birds and ecology of the parks. My 16 year-old son was open mouthed in amazement very often. I was afraid that he would soon turn into a mobile fly trap.

The vehicle which was virtually our home for six days was very comfortable, maintained in top condition. James navigated through the tracks with ease, and knew his way around washed out tracks which we encountered frequently, being the rainy season. Our marvellous first African safari experience has inspired us to plan our second safari with TravelHTT. Thank you, TravelHTT team! Kwaheri!

We had a wonderful opportunity to visit Kenya and we selected HTT for our tour advisor and organisers. Myself and my friend were much convinced with the care and advise they took to design our itinerary. We had organised to visit for 10 nights and 11 days for Amboseli, Nakuru, Naivasha lake and finally 6 days at Masai Mara. From receiving by Mr. Kasim with a good gesture and a hearty welcome to meet our immediate requirements there just as we landed was a a feel of a good friend.

Our guide Mr.Williams a thoroughly experienced with a fantastic eyes to sight the animals from far off place and guide to our sensible requirements of wildlife photography was really helpful.
We appreciate all the stays they organised for us and was quite satisfying. The staff and people at Kenya are highly courteous.

We thank HTT for all the arrangements and made our expenditures there worth every penny. Keep it up and we will be there again with you.

We were a group of 7 people with little children. The itinerary and tour organized by HTT Holidays was perfect and we all had a wonderful and great time.

Their planning and organization was absolutely fantastic and we were fully satisfied by their services. Their choice of hotels were also very good.

Peter the driver and guide was a very mature and experienced person who ensured we had the best sightings of all the animals in the different parks. The balloon ride was an out of the world experience and I would definitely recommend this as must to do for all who are planning to visit Masai Mara.

HTT service in Kenya was superb. The driver cum guide Steven Njuguna was very courteous, knowledgeable and friendly. He made us feel that we should visit the place again and again. The vehicle was in a very good condition. The hotels were good, Hotel staff, food was good. No complaints. We finished our trip without a hitch. Not a single incidence I remember that I need to complain.
