The rarely seen Papyrus Gonolek may come to the edge of the papyrus if called using a recorded bird call.

This is the smallest national park in Uganda and it has been without giraffe species since it was gazetted. On the game drive you may see large herds of eland (Africa’s largest antelope). Other antelope species that may be sighted in the park include topi, bushbuck, sitatunga, common duiker, klipspringer, oribi, Defassa waterbuck and Bohor reedbuck.
